Dear Club Member

**PLEASE NOTE 8AM START**

This weekend the Club 100 is taking place on Saturday 19th September leaving the NLC at 8.00 AM.  The format will be as usual - 3 great routes with a stop at the end of each loop. The coffee stops at the end of each loop will either be the Tack Room or Victor Victoria in Newmarket - whichever has space for your group. The general route is on the website; Route 18.  This will be provided as 3 separate navigation files for GPS devices later this week.

IMPORTANT
To assist with the 'rule of 6' we are asking riders to pre-register so we are able to manage the groups on the day. In order to arrange the groups club members wishing to ride will need to book on to this ride by 8 pm Thursday 16th September. The final groups will be posted Friday 17th September.

There will be NO turn-ups accepted on the day as we can't exceed the numbers per group and no other official club rides will be organised.

To book please can you click here and complete the pace and distance you are going to ride.

Best wishes
Jackie Henley

Many congratulations to NCTC member Nicola Lynch who secured her first road race victory with a stunning success in the Bovingdon Bomber mini-crit series scratch race. Having finished 5th and 6th in previous races, Nicola stepped it up to produce a fantastic finish to take the spoils and record here first road race success. Nicola only started racing last year and put up very creditable performances. With that useful experience under her belt, she has improved leaps and bounds this year and it's great to see her make that first breakthrough. Maybe all that punishment she hands out to some of our strongest riders on Saturday mornings is paying off!!😉

Dear All

NCTC TT - Bottisham 10 miles - Results

Here are the results of our last TT of 2020. Many congratulations to Jason Bouttell for yet another blisteringly fast time of 19.52sec - 30.20mph - in what was far from perfect conditions!! Close behind Jason were Hayley Simmons, an outstanding talent, and our own TT superstars Jordan Black and David Halliday who again posted outstanding times. Many thanks to everyone who has supported our TT's during this much shortened season and we hope to see you all again next year. Before signing off, the club owes massive thanks to Richard Newell, who is responsible for our TT's. Without Richard, these simply would not happen and we are very lucky to have his services. On behalf of everyone at the club thank you Richard and your team of helpers for all your hard work this year.👏👏
